Whole
White Wheat is milled from 100% whole white wheat with the same specifications
as our whole wheat flour. The bran
in white wheat contains less tannin which gives the wheat a sweeter taste.
Heartland Mill's whole white wheat flour is stone ground and can be used
in place of our regular whole wheat flour.
