1 cup oat bran |
1 cup oat flour |

½ stick melted butter |
1 tsp. salt |

5 tsp. baking powder |
3 tsp. sugar |

3 eggs |
2 cups milk |

1 cup Heartland Mill white All-purpose flour |

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well with eggbeater. Cook and enjoy these delicious hot cakes.
