GOLDEN BUFFALO FLOUR

Golden Buffalo Flour is a popular stone ground specialty flour that falls between whole wheat flour and white flour in appearance and performance.  The flour is run through a series of sifting processes, sifting off all but approximately 10% of the bran and preserving almost all of the nutrient packed wheat germ.  Golden Buffalo retains much of the sweet whole wheat flavor.  This flour can be used for breads, sweet rolls, cakes, and pie crusts.
