DINNER ROLLS

1 ¾ cups milk (scalded)

2 eggs (beaten)

1 stick butter or margarine

2 pkg. yeast dissolved in ½ warm water

½ cup sugar

1 tsp. salt

 

5 ½ cups Heartland Mill unbleached all-purpose flour

Scald milk.  Then in a large bowl mix milk, butter, sugar and salt.  Add 2 beaten eggs and yeast.  Add flour a little at a time and mix until dough is soft.  Let rise until double in bulk.  Shape into rolls and place in greased pans  Let rise, then bake at 350-375°F for 15 min.
